High ethics. Actually, the highest honor, ethics, and honesty. Warren Buffet said "it's hard to make a good deal with a bad person or a bad deal with a good person." That is one of the things our clients like about us. It runs through everything we do, say, and think. This is a gating criteria. You will not succeed here if you don't have impeccable ethics. We are serious about this.

Domain expertise. Bring a set of skills or knowledge to the table regarding WealthTech, Asset Management, or Wealth Management. Our clients have many needs, so if you have a skill, we can probably use it.
​
A healthy attitude towards work. We often have deadlines to meet and we meet them. But, we also want to have fun.
​
Creative thinking. We want to be transformative to our clients. Sometimes that means thinking outside of the box. This can sometimes be difficult for domain experts to do. Bring it.
​
Be nice. Our corporate culture is one of friendship and mutual support. Don't apply if you are not a good team player, are rude to waiters/waitresses, or have hate of any kind (even mosquitos).
